Signposts is the new provider of My Network Services in Mid Sussex. This means we provide information, advice and support to people with learning difficulties who may have had their services cut. If you are having any problems get in touch with us as we can help with advice and information and arrange to get you support in your home.
The Old Post Office Resource Centre supports people with learning difficulties, their parents, carers and friends by giving advice, information and running courses, groups and services.
We help people to be independent and have fulfilling lives in the community.
